Ingredients needed :
1 1/2 Cup Basmati Rice
3 Cut Chicken
1 1/2 Medium Size Tomato
Red Onion (fried for fried onions)
7 Spices consisting of
(Pepper, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin, Cardamom, Nutmeg, Paprika)
Salt Masala (bay leaf, Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Green cardamom)
White pepperHow to cook:
Wash the chicken Until it is clean, then marinate the chicken with yogurt, Baharat Spices, Turmeric Powder, chopped garlic, Bring Fried, chilli powder, salt, sugar, pepper powder, tomato, and salt masala (Salam, Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cardamom green). let stand 20 minutes (this is optional)
While waiting for the chicken marination, we wash basmati rice that we will use, here I use 1 1/2 cup of basmati rice. then soak for about 20 minutes as well.
Then the next step after all finished in marination, saute garam masala (bay leaves, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, green cardamom) using ghee / butter. After the smell of all the chicken input that has been marinated along with marination seasoning it. stir-fry until the chicken changes color then add water to taste, taste if there is less flavor.while waiting for the chicken to ripen and boiling water, we cook the rice until 3/4 cooked, before cooking again garam masala without cumin but added coriander and whole white pepper, and stir-fry as usual using Ghee / wisman. After the spicy sauteed seasoning add enough water to cook basmati rice until 3/4 cooked.
then after the chicken seasoning water is cooked and the rice is 3/4 cooked, strain the rice from the cooking water and put over the chicken seasoning, do not mix it but cover all the chicken surface with rice. after all surfaces are covered by rice, close tightly with low heat and allow to ripen for 15-20 minutes. and voila! biryani rice is cooked
