Bahan / Ingredients : Minyak Bawang / Garlic Oil 

– Minyak Sayur  / Vegetables Oil

Cara Membuat :

Tuang Minyak ke wajan ( ukuran minyak disesuaikan , kalau saya prefer banyak karena untuk disimpan dan digunakan lain waktu ), panaskan, kemudian masukan bawang putih yang sudah di cincang halus, tumis hingga bawang berwarna kecoklatan tetapi jangan sampai hangus, masukan daun bawang yang sudah di cincang ketika hendak mematikan kompor. kemudian sisihkan

Cara membuat :

Panaskan wajan kemudian masukan mentega , masukan bawang putih yang sudah di cincang halus, masukan daging dada ayam yang sudah di potong dadu, tumis hingga berubah warna, kemudian masukan sedikit minyak wijen, saus tiram, kecap asin, kecap manis, garam, gula , lada, daun salam, dan lengkuas yang sudah di memarkan. setelah wangi, masukan sedikit air kemudian terakhir masukan jamur yang sudah dipotong sesuai selera anda. Cicipi dan setalah rasa sesuai yang anda inginkan , matikan api dan sisihkan .

Rebus Bakso di kuah kaldu ayam yang sudah dibuat, kemudian taruh di mangkuk terpisah sayap ayam/ ceker ayam yang sudah  anda tambahkan di rebusan kaldu ayam tadi. Sajikan Dimangkuk terpisah dan beri daun bawang .
